Our client purchased this 1970s family home intending to resell it and he asked us to redesign the entire interior. To better reflect how modern families live, we enlarged the kitchen and opened it up to connect to the dining and living areas. The wood burning fireplace was converted to gas and we added large sheets of natural stone to the full height face. The master ensuite was completely re-configured with a new undermount soaker tub, large view window and double sink vanity. The large well equipped “kids” bathroom was created out of a small awkward bedroom.
