Working  closely with the client who  is also the general contractor we were involved from the architectural drawings review right through to completion of construction. The client is young and passionate about building houses that stand out and appeal to the young modern suburban home buyer. The living room fireplace combining stone and cedar is a strong statement in the open living space. The kitchen is a mix of wood and painted custom designed cabinets. Unique light fixtures were used throughout. The wide plank wood floors in the main living space, hallways and open staircases complete this timeless west coast modern home.
